Program Model
Phase 1
COUNSELING & ASSESSMENTS
Designed for self-awareness harmonized development, and personal needs to be met in order to ensure focus.
Phase 2
SKILL SET TRAINING
Soft and practical skill-set tuning and development with emotional intelligence as the primary training focus
Phase 3
EMPLOYMENT READINESS
Job determination, resume and cover letter creation, interview preparation (to include attire), potential shadowing of mentor, and skill-set tuning.
Phase 4
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION
A path to obtaining the necessary degree and/or certifications to increase the potential of employability and higher wages.
Phase 5
SEARCH & EMPLOY
Direct efforts to searching for the position and employer that presents the best fit, and obtaining employment.
